A blend of Hunter valley Semillon & Chardonnay from South Australia & Victoria this is a crisp citrus driven dry white with just a lick of a vanillan oak. A Creamy but still light white wine with good palate length.The final blend ends up as a deliciously balanced and drinkable wine. The dry lemon & Pear fruit flavours work well with the spicy lightly oaked Chardonnay to form a very approachable & pleasant wine.
