Clare Valley SA 1 Bronze medal A rich multi-layered wine. It has attractive citrus with a hint of white peach. Hints of vanilla oatmeal and cashew nuts add an extra dimension to the nose. The palate is rich and generous with layers of flavour from limes and citrus fruit through to a creamy nutty persistence from the quality vosges oak. The palate is mouth filling with an oily texture yet is elegant and delicate towards the finish. Delicious with creamy pasta.
