Adelaide Hills & Eden Valley SA This is a beautiful cool-climate Chardie. A good vintage ensured that quality is at its' highest.Aromas of white stone fruits and lemon pudding with notes of ginger and nutmeg. The palate is beautifully textured with expressions of grapefruit honeydew and white peach flavours laced with a complex array of caramel and spicy barrel-ferment characters. Zesty lemon acidity provides a clean crisp and lingering finish. Great for drinking now but will cellar well.
