This orange-flavoured liqueur is made from the dried peel of bitter oranges found on the Caribbean island of Curacao. Often used to provide colour in mixed drinks and in cocktails such as the refreshingingly cool 'Blue Lagoon'. BLUE LAGOON COCKTAIL Ingredients: 30ml Tanqueray Gin15ml VOK Blue Curacao Liqueur15ml VOK Triple Sec LiqueurTop with Lemonade Method: Shake first three ingredients then strain over ice and top up with lemonade serve in a high ball glass. Garnish two straws and a cherry.
