Dubonnet is a French red wine based aperitif flavored with spices and hints of quinine. It is also sweeter and richer than Dubonnet Blanc. Dubonnet Cocktail: INGREDIENTS: - 1 1/4 oz. Dubonnet- 1 1/4 oz. Gin- Dash of Bitters- Lemon twist PREPARATION: Shake over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist.
