Bailey's is made up from Irish Whisky fresh dairy cream and as the bottle says æother Irish ingredients and its alcohol content is 17%. Bailey's is a lovely thick texture and is very chocolatey in colour there is a hint of whisky in the aftertaste which leaves a warm feeling at the back of your throat and being mixed with dairy cream it leaves a nice feeling around your mouth as it travels down your throat.
