Pale straw in colour with a persistent bead in the glass this sparkling wine has a long creamy palate with subtle toast and yeast flavours. These combine well with lemon-citrus aromas and an elegant underlying nuttiness. Malolactic fermentation and careful aging on lees enhance the nutty creamy characteristics whilst allowing just a hint of cleasing green-apple acidity to show through.
