Excellent mousse with fine profuse bead. The nose is delicate and heralds a fine aperitif style. Aroma of yeast lees followed by grapefruit and biscuit notes. The palate displays finesse with grapefruit and yeast lees characteristics finely balanced. There is a creaminess of texture but the fullness of style is edged back by acidity. Excellent length and long lees grapefruit aftertaste.
