The nose again is very impressive yeasty aroma with biscuit toasted honey and a flor sherry like background indicative of some aged reserve wines being incorporated into the base blend. Full bodied creamy palate with fine flavours and excellent persistence. Biscuit cashew and yeast lees flavours are dominant. Crisp acid finish followed by a long aftertaste of grapefruit and yeast lees. Stock up!
