Hunter Valley NSW The Black Cypress Shiraz is made from a combination of 40 year old and more recently planted vines. The old vine Shiraz is intense in character highly concentrated and solid in structure. The younger vines bear juicy softly textured Shiraz that when blended with the former results in a wine that is both accessible and easy drinking while also having the capacity to mature for up to five years.
