Riverina NSW A blend of the two premium red grape varietals û Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Deep red in colour the youthful characteristics are highlighted by obvious purple hints. This will tend to become garnet with age. The bouquet has an elegant grassy scent that is typical of a good Cabernet wine. The plum aromas of Merlot will become more obvious as the wine ages. The palate is full dry and has soft silky tannins. The weight and balance of the mouthfeel is appealing as is the soft finish.
